you know for a show set around people getting sick and diseases there is a very high amount of societal problems being the cause. a company selling faulty products resulting in a man possibly being hooked up to a machine for the rest of his life. the doctors being overworked to the point of making dire mistakes. child services being so appalling children would prefer to live on the streets the list goes on
