Man, the way they built on the hook was immaculate. I can't honestly say I've heard any other group do it like they did.
As a kid, I used to mimic when they said "theres a meeting in my bedrooooooom (hold long note with "room")..... bedroom, bedroom, bedroom, bedroom, bedroom" (in a gradual fast pace Alvin and the Chipmunks voice) 😂😂😂 Plus My momma used to clean to this song. I can smell bleach, Lysol, pinesol and Mr clean everytime I hear this song. Plus Silk is a very underrated group. They have hits like this song, their #1 hit on Billboard Hot 100 charts "Freak Me" and "Do You" . Silk is an underated group like Guy and Shai who were sandwiched under Jodeci, Mint Condition, Bell Biv Divoe, New Edition and so many major Pop/R&B groups

This song is one of my favorite r&b songs. So good.
If you haven’t reacted to Shai, If I Ever Fall in Love, or Mario… Crying for Me, you should. I think Mario is early 2000’s though.. So much more good r&b. Love the slow jams. You should react also to some Jodeci or KC &JoJo. Love Dru Hill or Blackstreet. It goes on and on. Good good music.
