Underrated producer, underrated arranger. Bowie owed Ronson a debt of gratitude and a whole lot of cash when he fell on hard times with his poor health.
Mick deserved a whole lot better than what he got. A legend. Hopefully like all great artists, the recognition denied him in life will come to him as new generations discover him.
@@TapDatAss I was drumming on with Ian and Mick for the Heart tour, and on this as well, we also did a bunch of Cheap Trick dates, We worked constantly; either studio stuff or tours. Really fun band to be in obviously! The Rockpalast/DVD of this is Much lighter! You can actually SEE us!! LOL
Its really dark. I guess that's on purpose.. The actual DVD Ian Hunter/Rockpalast is much lighter. Fun show and my first in Germany with Ian and Mick Ronson!!!! Yeah!!
Mick Ronson... The most underrated guitarist in the history of rock.
RIP, Ronno!

Mick Ronson, simply the best!!! ❤❤🥰🥰💔💔
The late, great Mick Ronson - gone too soon but never forgotten!
No we know without a doubt who was responsible for all those unforgettable melodic lines in the Bowie / Ziggy era.....
Saw them in the mid 80s, and when Hunter said "louder" Ronson turned it up so loud that I couldn't see straight.
That's an amazing description. What I wouldn't give to have seen Hunter and Ronno live...
I saw Ian open for heart 79 then saw him and ronson in 88. saw ronson play with bowie once too all good shows
