Yes these DSA videos are such a pain in the ass as I have to cover both theory + practical implementation along with the visual representation so that it becomes very easy to understand. Takes days to first prepare the content & more to even edit LOL

    Thanks! A great explanation. I am trying to learn C++ by watching your videos, so it's helping me a lot.
    To improve the safety of the change operation a bit, I would add a check if the stack is empty and then exit from the function early, as there is nothing to change. And also add another check if the position is out of bounds (pos >= count()), then I would also exit from the function early.

    Anyone discovered what have done by (simple snippets) is all about the logics? I find it interesting of simple snippets it's because what he(pro) have done was a bit different from most TH-camrs who are using c++ header like #include to implement stack. I believe that simple snippets had a very good thinking, I mean he can do data structures with his logic thinking without using c++ header just like #include .
    Simple snippets really deserves for likes and subscribes, and even many people can learn from him. Thumbs-up! 👍

    In peek operation, what if the stack has top = 2, and we try to peek the value at 4 ???

  • @ujjawalk6780
    @ujjawalk6780 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Bro but there will be error when we provide an position greater than the size of stack in the peek method. U could have checked that before peeking 😊

    You are amazing!!
    So, I tried some experimentation. My stack has only two values 11, 12, 0, 0, 0. Now i used the change function to change the value of position 3 with 14. My stack displayed 11, 12, 0, 14, 0. So, now on performing pop operation, I would get 12, not 14.

    • @SimpleSnippets
      @SimpleSnippets  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's because change function is supposed to change only existing values not the ones that are 0s. But yes it did change cause we have not added any code to validate this behaviour and not let change function change the 0s ✌️
