Is it useful for taking notes.. Is palm rejection there ?!
It is sometimes useful for taking notes, but the downside of it there is no palm rejection.
I have it and i use for studying/entertainment. i use a capacitive stylus pen it works very well (it doesn't have the palm rejection) but i make it work by resting my hand in a piece of thick fabric so it works like a palm rejection. it is one of a few good affordable tablets so a lot of ppl make it work but if you can afford another tablet that comes with an s pen i suggest the tab s6 lite
What app do you recommend for note-taking?
I recommend the samsung notes app and MS OneNote.

For me, its a little bit laggy but it is worth watching videos on youtube, netflix , reading books and movies. And it is not buggy.

In my opinion its not to big nor to small, but just right to have my online class and do some other things like watch k-drama.

I own this tablet. I kinda regret buying this due to poor display, it's pixelated and washed out. It's also sluggish. But what I'm really disappointed is the poor display. Sluggishness can be resolved with minimal apps only.
