Holy Spirit- Day 28
The spirit within in John 4:13 builds our character, brings us direction and instructions in our lives. This is evident in John 20:22 when the disciples became born again. There is also the infilling of the Holy Spirit ( John 7:38). This experience is for service and power and it is possible. To be full of the spirit is seen in Ephesians 5: 18, by singing spiritual songs to the Lord in expression sensing the presence of God. Being full of the spirit is different from tarrying in the spirit. Tarrying in the spirit is what manifests power for service, miracles and boldness.
Praying in spirit is not empty prayer, the Holy Spirit is praying with us when our heart posture and heart content is presentable to God. Anchor your mind on a scripture to avoid your mind from roaming while praying.
The Holy Spirit is the gift of God given to us. Luke 11:11 is a reminder of God’s gift to us as children, when we begin to question or doubt that we have received the gift of the Holy Spirit. We need to believe that we have recieved the Holy Spirit as long as you are born again. You don’t beg for the Holy Spirit, but desire and speak the word.
We give God all the glory!

Good morning papa... please I have a question and it's with respect to the word of wisdom. When the holyspirit reveal something to you but it's negative or something bad that wants to happen, can we not pray against it or change the outcome of what we saw?
An example is my good friend for over 12years in the UK was sick and we all were praying for her. She was hospitalised for 2 weeks but then that period I saw something her name and date of death. I prayed against it and said it can't be. That devil is trying to play tricks on my mind and that she's young and cannot just die like that. But my greatest shock, she died that same day that was revealed. It was actually when the people over there called and told us that she died so so day then it dawned on me that it was the exact date I saw, May 12th. I was scared, of who knows what will be revealed next? I was asking, is it that we can't change the outcome by prayer? Is it devil revealing those things and if it's God why can't it be changed?
Another example is last year, I saw that or the holyspirit told me , I just heard like your mum won't be alive abi around for your wedding meaning like she will die. Of course, we prayed about it. I buried my mum last year December. When people were celebrating, I was in pains and it still feels fresh.
Within the space of 7months, I have lost people I love dearly. It is more scary knowing that I saw this things before it happened and I couldn't do anything to stop it from happening.
