Hello everyone! ❤ Yassi gets very emotional and open about her mental struggles, her darkest moments. We hope this episode will inspire you all and encourage you to speak out 🙏🏻 AND - exclusive tour tayo with her businesses!
God will give you more graces double at umaapaw pa.

I believe Ms Yassi Pressman has a lot of depth to what she’s saying to Karen. The past experiences she’s been through molded her into the woman she has become. Her father was her guide throughout most of her life. He had a big influence on her.
Yassi Pressman is a beautiful and talented artist. among her generation, I found her the best dancer ever, very graceful and beautiful. GOD BLESS YOU YASSI.
ang hirap kapag nawalan ka ng magulang at tinuturing mo pang bestfriend. imagine losing someone very close to your heart.💔that would really break your heart and thats what happened to yassi when she lost her dad. glad she is feeling better. she still has her mom and sister to give love and support too. akala natin mayaman na siya dati. we didnt know dumaan din siya sa wala. pero npagtagumpayan niya ang buhay.🤗 good job yassi. you are blessed dahil mabait kang anak, kapatid at kaibigan👌🙏
social responsibility. i think this is 1 important thing that we have to cultivate to Filipinos, especially the young ones; that in every success, we have that responsibility to make an impact to our society. yung 'success' does not end in money-making, but it must go beyond by making a difference.
Gsto ko mging kagaya ng yassi.. Ngaun dumadaan ako sa depression. Namatay ang nanay ko pandemic.tas ngaun lungkot dhl ng trrbho ako bilng isng ofw..npakahirap harapin ang mga araw ng my ganito ako skt..pero sinusubukan kng mging matapang para sa anak ko na umaasa skn..kya saludo ako sayo yasssi..thank u for your sharing your story.. 😚

panic attacks or that difficulty of breathing is real. i had mental issues during my younger 30's and i had constant attacks of not being able to breathe and that feeling that i'm gonna die and you don't know what's happening. i was prescribed with meds but decided not to drink it coz i didn't want to be dependent on those. my family & close friends gave me the strong support that i needed and i was able to overcome it as i went through. also with a lot of prayers along the way. i also learned about meditation to keep me calm and develop that inner motivation.

Grief is not a thing, or even a feeling, it is a process-a continuum of emotions that unfolds at its own pace. We don’t get to know in advance how much time it will take, and no one can tell us. Be present with what is, in each moment. Be present to our breath as we sit, noticing our thoughts and feelings arising, letting them go, and returning. When we feel ripping sorrow, we stay with it, feeling it deeply, breathing, letting it go. And just as we stay present to the sorrow, we can also stay present to the lack of sorrow. Everything that arises falls away - accept the cycle, for this is how to heal, grow, and live life to the fullest. G-d bless.
Nakakatuwa naman si Yassi! Very inspiring!
This episode deserve a million views, thank u Ms. Karen for sharing this very inspirational video...Looking forward for more of these & getting more excited as well...More power & Godbless u more, cheers✌✌✌
This video is very informative...knowing more about mental health. And, to learn from a popular actress, like Yassi Pressman, as she has undergone through this dreadful disease at her very young age due to the separation of her parents--that only now I realize that it affects so many people. Added to that, the lingering illness of her father until he passed on. Having so much admiration for her latest venture with Mind View, an international organization in which she invested and became part owner. Happy to learn that she has involved her good friends from the entertainment industry like Liza Soberano and Nadine Lustre who are my idols. Admiring her so much esp. her advocacies esp. Mental Health Awareness, her entrepreneurial abilities, her passion, and her kind heart. Only now knowing her more...and loving her. So proud of her achievements and wishing her all the best. Go go go girl! 🥰👏
