he straight up to the point that bitcoin is the best asset to store value across time and space in term of portability and durability by comparing it to electricity network and gold network. What a man who is ahead of the curve!

He’s right and us bitcoiners know it but we need the rest of the world to believe it too…

It's been less than 15 years, give it some time. Bitcoin adoption is expected to reach 1 billion people by 2030.
Best you can do is spread the awareness.

Agreed. One thing we want to avoid is to sound desperate. I think you’ve summed it up well and if add, be patient. ;)😅

Bitcoiners are building a parallel society that billions will flock to from the old world this century. We are the new pilgrims, akin to the 17th century American pilgrims. They will come.

I'm on board! We call it "The Saylor School of Economics"! Money Is Energy. This is how agriculture was economy/money. Work was economy/money.

If and only if it is energy and ONLY energy... Robert Breedlove here has many guests and many answers to What is money?...
The one thing all of them agree on is the BTC is BETTER money than what we got, but the last bitcoin will be mined in 2149 or so... then what... flying cars etc, nirvana?? We won't be here so who cares??

There is a cost to move gold. There is a loss of energy from a battery due to dissipation. But there is also a great cost to protect both of these over time. BTC has none of these costs.

Compatible with any smartphone, or most currency.
Convertible from energy source into any digital format (all modern devices) as created value/ money. All cryptograffically recorded on ledger in open source program.
      Sorry if this is dorky.

The comparison seems a bit off, since in the case of batteries you can get that energy back, while in case of btc it won't help you power your car or heat your house. Unless you assume you'll be able to sell it for actual energy in 100 years, which is possible but it's not guaranteed.

@@giuseppeb397 He's talking about a higher level of energy than electrical energy.
When you spend time to solve a problem (mental or physical), you expend human energy. If you channel that energy correctly you can exchange for someone else's. The common medium of exchange is monetary energy. It's this energy that bitcoin will store for 1000 years without leaking

    • @giuseppeb397
      @giuseppeb397 ปีที่แล้ว

@@minesadab bitcoin is not stored energy. Proof of work only provides proof that energy was spent at some point, it is by no means a storage of that energy. Come on open a physics book.

I've been thinking about this thing Saylor says so often, and all is right but it is based completely on ONE thing, that this new money is ENERGY, but what if it is not or if it is THAT plus OTHER things?? Why do I say that? Because Rober Breedlove has a channel with many people asking the same question, What is Money?? and watching many of those videos you do get many answers... so if Saylor is right and THIS new money is energy, all is fine, but if he is wrong and it is not, then we got trouble brewing.
Having said that, I'd say that even the CURRENT monetary systemS are mostly a ledger, in the world operating on top of reality, a sort of meta-reality. Badly kept and badly administered, so right off the bat I would say this BTC is BETTER money, but I am still slightly doubtful if it is ONLY energy money.

I am an electromechanical engineer. I've held CEO positions in banking and investments. So, I understand payments, networks, money, Bitcoin and energy. I am a Bitcoin maximalist. I respect Saylor for being pro-Bitcoin. But this is the worst bastardisation of the term 'energy' and the weirdest set of analogies I've ever heard. I'm not sure if any of this is helpful for getting people on board with Bitcoin. 🤷

@@TheBadSeed3094 No, Saylor definitely knows more. But, I am sure I know a lot more than you do. Do you know how public/private key encryption works ? If you know, then you got the basics of bitcoin and crypto in general. Most likely you don't, so you are in the stupid population...sorry, but it's the fact.
