My family does turkey for Christmas but I think what you eat just depends on your household. For example, even though there's turkey my family is from the Caribbean so we also usually have roast pork shoulder as an alternative.

There's a Klezmer band here in Richmond (with the fantastic name "My Son the Doctor," and some of them aren't Jewish. It always fascinates me. And excellent job repping our people, Sarah. Love the dress!
