For the soldier cheater vod: He's using a controller. Emongg never said if this was console or not. But regardless, controller has easier time handling Soldier's recoil. His "perfect headshot tracking" is just the controller being able to shift horizontally more smoothly. If this is console, then he gets free aim assist. To be honest, console aim assist sucks and when I played on console, I tuned it down to 0% aim assist window size because it can actually screw your aim with multiple targets.
