it makes no sense. minato avoids all chase. does not need immunity against chase (super armor)
Then maybe replace samui with shin. he chases repluse causes knockdown twice. His mystery removes debuffs and reduces cooldown by 1.

He doesnt avoid ALL chases. Only high evade chance, not 100%
