To me personally, its better to buy the most expensive one first and then the cheaper one. Since its your first Horrific pack, its better to get the guaranteed 1 new rare phobie. Always good to have more phobie to have more options to play.
Speedola are my usual strat in Diabolical map, as heart rusher. They are very scary even more scary after this buff they got. Sometimes i use it in This Might Sting A Little map too, their mobility is amazing.
