I also tried the starter like a cup with a shrimp 🍤on top. 莆田is also the one I love. U may try the one at Kitchener Road which it got Michelin star many times. 文東記chicken is always on my food list. U can try for your next visit. Besides Japan, Singapore 🇸🇬 is also one of my favorite countries as it is a safe country.
Good choice, Denman! Lim Chee Guan's is the best in S'pore! I used to buy those roasted pork for my friends and my ex-colleagues whenever I went back to HK for holidays during my stay in S'pore.
Denman, you may like to try the afternoon tea buffet in Goodwood Park Hotel on Scott Road during your next visit. Moreover, you may try the XO sliced fish been hoon in the Holland Village XO Fish Head Bee Hoon Restaurant on Smith Street in Chinatown. I love its yummy fish soup!
Thanks for reminding me of my memories in S'pore, Denman. I don't know Nobu has opened in Regent Hotel HK recently. I tried it many times when it was with Inter-Continental Hotel, HK. Its pricing is quite reasonable in S'pore though. Miss it onboard Crystal!

在四季酒店內食午餐稍為貴咗啲，但有6款唔同味道的美食😋👍，又是大滿足的一餐(yummy)。娘惹嘅下午茶也唔錯😉，謝謝你的分享🤗🤗，期待下一個影片🫠
