I miss Lake Chappala I lived there for a year. It's a great place.
Hope you can make it back some day. Thank you for watching!
@@RetireInLakeChapala That would be lovely.
Very nice area ! Location is great Can walk , drive to everywhere. I know the area well Nice pool too Beautiful home. Nice to see you both in another video
Thanks for watching. You are so right.
Easy 3M where I live in socal. Each year retirement in MX makes more sense.
I know, right? If I had a peso for every time someone said to me "I wish I'd done this sooner" I would be a rich man. Thanks for watching!
Beautiful home. Does this community have condos?
@@swimfit57 this is a small gated community of only 15 homes. Each one is completely different
Thanks for responding
Thank you for watching! We are always here for you and we strive to keep response times to under an hour or two. Best to you!
Thank you and to both of you! Mucho Gracias
volume is very low hard to hear
How much is the HOA?
The HOA is 25080 pesos annually (about $1400 USD) depending on exchange rate
Did you just say no electric bill?
Yes. This home has solar panels which feed into the grid. You are only paying the billing fee every two months of 60 pesos (approx. $3.10 USD)
