@@EnduroDroneHub You know how things avoid being hack jobs? By learning how to do it properly. You know how you learn to do it properly? By learning from people who've done it successfully. You can pay someone to do it and they could still very well fuck it up. Professionals do hack jobs all the time. The people you pay to do a job aren't wizards ordained by God, they're normal people who studied how to do that field of work. If you just want something specific, then learning how to properly do it on your own is absolutely a viable thing to do. Learning a skill for your own personal use doesn't need to be locked behind a paywall.
Patience... Use a small needle awl. Punch the holes from backside. Slip the Fiber lines through the holes. Test the lighting, Set/finish drywall and clip ends of fiber off. The Meteor is a separate kit from the starlight, but it's all the same tech, you just mark off your line and space them out to fade away... The lights are controlled using various preset algorithms. Pretty simple just takes time and finesse.

they aren't a bunch of individual lights. It most likely costs less than a single 60 watt bulb.
You can power this entire thing with aprox 20 leds, less than 2watt an hour

First make a little space on your ceiling after that hold a plywood. Poke holes in the plywood,so it fits the led strings. Then insert the led strings and cut it like in the video. Then hide the messy part of it by putting the plywood back above. But let out the power button for the led down below so you can turn it on. Th blinking part and shooting star part i dont know how to do that, maybe the strings are already like that.
