Nice build and thanks for the tips. For future reference, the tail surfaces on the Super Cub are not profiled with an airfoil, they are flat, tubular structures so the leading and trailing edges are rounded, but that’s all.
Thank you for sharing! I am also doing RC conversions of Guillows models and your example helps. I still need to figure out how to use the brushless motors and standard receivers but I think I will get there some time.

glad to be of some help . . . let us know your progress
Cool
What kind of glue do you recommend for building the kits?
I enjoy the ease of use of Loctite Super Glue liquid and Loctite Super Glue gel. Both work well, as you may see in my videos from time to time.
thats one cool airplane. checkout my video of my trixter beam build. getting ready to start a bellanca cruisemaster!
You're magnificent? sure you're not the manufacturer owner of these planes cause you know exactly what to do.
Hello, what's the purpose of the tooth picks under the parts. I see that you have wax paper down to protect the plans. Thank you for the video
I use the toothpicks to elevate the pieces so as they do not stick to the wax paper at any given moment
@@designandbuildguy thank you for the info, I'll try that on my next build
