I really like my scan and cut - a lot. Due to the cost of the dies, I will often make the decision - if I “think” the scan and cut will cut the images nicely to only buy the stamp set. Many times the scan and cut does not cut well or cuts the wrong places. I do think, overall the die cut look is more finished/refined.
I love my scan n cut, which you “made” me buy last year lol. I haven’t look back. The best thing is when you are doing a lot of sentiments because you can save the file on your computer and cut many of the same sentiment and use a template on your platform to hold the cut sentiments as you stamp them. I love the many crafts the scan n cut can do: I have explored vinyl, stenciling (I make my own card stencils), interactive cards (I made 3D cards bases), decor items, and the newest is screen printing with vinyl. So best investment ever! Because I do not have $20+ for each die and I hate fuzzy cutting
I have both the dies and the Brother Scan and cut. If I want extra images I stamp a page of images and then scan and cut them out. I do not like to fussy cut at all. Your card is so cute! Love Stamptember!
Such an adorable Halloween card! Your background is gorgeous with just the perfect touch of "spookiness" and the mice are darling. I have thought about a Scan and Cut as a way to save money by not needing to buy dies but I need to have more info before making that k ind of investment. I really like using dies and find fussy cutting challenging.
Nicol you always do such a great job. I love your coloring, thsnk you for the tips. I looked at the brother cut & scan. It had mixed reviews, was big for my craft room. I saw a demo, and it just did not work, so I will stick with dies.
Not of a fan of real mice, but these are great mice. I own a scan & cut and love to see you use it. The dies are great but the cost for every stamp gets very expensive, very fast.
Such a cute card Nichol🐭I bought the Scan and Cut to save money on dies but I like cutting with the dies better so I buy the dies anyway(don’t tell my husband lol). I can’t fussy cut because I have RA. I am really enjoying STAMPTEMBER💕GINA PETERSON
I would LOVE to see a Scan-and-Cut "tips and tricks" video because I cannot get good results with mine. My paper tears and the mat is too sticky. Please help!
I have a brother scan and cut but haven’t learned how to use it yet. I’d love to quit buying expensive dies so I guess I’d better learn. Any suggestions on any you tube videos that are very good and basic?
Such a very cute card. I love the way you laid them out. I have a scanNcut, but I am not comfortable using it for cutting images, mostly because I really don't know how to use it. Would you consider doing a video showing how you use it for cutting images. The hardest thing for me is not knowing what to do when you have very small sections that have tiny or thin unconnected areas. Thanks so much. 😊
Connect them! Use pencil and connect the lines. For sentiments, I would recommend stamp several (leaving space apart) on card stock. And trace a frame for it with pencil. Then Scan to save not to cut, that way you can send the image to your computer and save it so whenever you need several of the same sentiment. You can have a “template” and have it ready. I don’t know if that was easy to explain, I wish we could upload photos.
I got the scan n cut to try to save money by not buying dies, but depending on the images sometimes I still get the dies. :) But it's great for images that don't have coordinating dies like some of my old wood mount stamps, etc.
Love my Brother Scan N Cut! I prefer no white border on images and the Brither is perfect, fast and so easy!

Nichol this card is so sweet and cute. I love how you can make an adorable stamp set over top with cuteness!! Thank you for all you do.
Nichol, this is absolutely adorable. I would love to see you do a Scan and Cut video. I would also love to have an alcohol marker class.❤
I absolutely love this card!!!! I love the combination of Tims products with this cute stamp set an your beautiful coloring. Thanks a lot!!!
I use the Brother Scan-n-cut. You can set it to put a 1/4 offset around the image and that gives you a little white edge around them.

I have both the dies and the Brother Scan and cut. If I want extra images I stamp a page of images and then scan and cut them out. I do not like to fussy cut at all. Your card is so cute! Love Stamptember!
This background is amazing!
So cute, had to order these. I usually don’t do Halloween but these are cute for my grand children.
Too adorable!!

That’s adorable! ❤

Soooo cute!! ❤
Adorable card! I have a Scan n Cut but prefer dies because it seems faster.
Just TOOOO CUTE Nichol! Thanks for creating such a cute (and a little spooky) Halloween card using our STAMPtember stamp set - love it!

I prefer my tried and true dies … I’m techno challenged! 😅 I’m one of those that enjoys fussy cutting too.

Cute card!
She would demonstrate how you cut with your brothers, skin and cut. I have one, but I bet it’s been two years since I’ve used it.

Cute stamps, great coloring, wondering how long it would take to make multiple cards with this set.
I have a brother scan and cut but haven’t learned how to use it yet. I’d love to quit buying expensive dies so I guess I’d better learn. Any suggestions on any you tube videos that are very good and basic?
Another adorable card Nichol! So sweet!
So cute
Awesome card!! Set is super cute. Your sky and moon background are on point!
Hello!
Such a very cute card. I love the way you laid them out.

@@rojoycanela thank you so much. I will stamp a few things today and give it a try. I appreciate your help.

Yep. I do like that I can use my scan and cut with my wood stamps. Because I cannot fussy cut at all. Lol
Don't you use a very smooth cardstock for Copic/olo?
Use what works for you.
I’ve watched and seen you do some beautiful and creative cards… but this one I’m sorry it is not one I’m fond of…. Thank you for sharing.
😅 I prefer dies to the scan and cut.
With the price of cutting dies, I’m beginning to eye the Scan and Cut!
