Iv been through several stryker videos trying to find a solution to a problem I had on our truck the other day! We got the stretcher out, leaving the doors open to go inside the hospital to get a patient for a transfer, and we came out to load the patient and the lifting system wouldn't work, it partially lifted and shut down. Can someone please help me with this issue. After a few minutes, i got the stretcher off the trolly an pushed it back up to lock in cause it was dead. I had to manually load the stretcher. It locked in ok without power but I was worried about it coming loose. Does the trolly have an internal battery? Bare in mind, we keep our trucks plugged into constant power when they are not in use, so batteries can charge. This thing shouldn't have died on its 1st use of the day!
@Johnny’s Bricks maybe they want practice getting onto the the cot in case they have to call, or they’re a frequent flyer and just wanna help us out…. Ah who am I kidding there’s no telling.
