Nice presentation! What about the level (It is suggested 5ml x 4 injection at T2 and T5 bilateral) and the precise point to inject in respect of the costal margin in sagittal position? Do you use it before or after sternotomy?

You can do it before or after. May be some surgeons will get anxious if you do it after to avoid wound contamination and infection.
