27th Aug 2024 Update: Glooth/Rustheap Golems XP has been buffed by 15%~ so calculate that in when watching the video. The spawn is better than when I recorded the video!
It is good that you are still progressing with level 150-200 videos. So many places to cover in that level range from your list at tibiapal.
I was hunting there between 270 - 300, I do recommend to take like 30 Ultimate spirit potions. Even with charms and good eq I was on red many times.

Tiene mas daño la avalancha en ese respawn. Los golem son más sensibles a esa runa.
Only Glooth Golems. Rustheaps and Devourers are more sensitive to energy. I think they're pretty close but IMO thunderstorm is slightly better.
