Jail needs to be brought up in debate. All convictions and indictments need to be focused on to get Trump whining about how he is being picked on and how everything is rigged against him.

It matters - it buys advertising in the handful of expensive media markets that matter. It pays for GOTV efforts. It pays for people to work on the campaigns.
