Lots of ties between teh great Southern Rock bands...Blackfoot, Molly Hatchet, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and .38 Special....they all put out some great classic music.
Very cool. The Southern rock movement was full of great music. Would love to see some more classic rock. Maybe try Jethro Tull "Locomotive Breath." Cheers.
I'm SOOO glad you liked it! Awesome reaction as ALWAYS! I was 11 when that song came out, and I loved listening to it way back then! It still makes me smile to see you get amped up about a song. Missed you, my friend, glad your back! Much love🥰
Welcome back David! I've really missed you. I have Blackfoot ancestry, so I'm happy to report I really like this song - I wonder if these band members have Blackfoot ancestry. I will google them. I love the harmonica and I love the way it's played here. Blackfoot reminds me of the way Queen (my favourite band) busts loose in so many of their songs. And the song is from 1979? And I never heard of this band? They're SO good I will download a playlist immediately. Great reaction as always David! 🤩
Hi David great to se you back again loving this reaction have heard of the band but not any of their songs 😊 I’m sure everyone was shouting harmonica to you 😂😂
Thanks David! I had never heard of them before but it was really good. Thank you, Dana! When you go back to Queen, might want to try the demo that they have called Stealin'. I believe it is from The Miracle sessions. Have a good day and thanks again.
Yep, it’s southern rock . Blackfoot, Molly Hatchet, and Lynyrd Skynyrd all came from Jacksonville .Fl. All three are giants in the southern rock scene.
Thank you David I’ve never heard of this group but it was really good I hope your ok I know you appreciate the crowd’s at Queen concerts so please watch Love of My Life live at Rio 3 hundred thousand people singing to Freddie and Brian they said they didn’t even know if they understood them amazing take care David good to see you x x

Ricky Medlock also played drums in Lynyrd Skynyrd while he was creating Blackfoot. He now plays guitar in Lynyrd Skynyrd.
