We stayed in Portimao for 2 months but stayed from the end of March so it was still quite cold! Either way, it was still amazing!

Lisbon, Porto and Algarve are all great destinations. If you go to Algarve, and enjoy the nightlife I would stay in Albufeira. Its all beautiful, I'm sure anything you pick will be a good choice.

Thanks! We swam to the cave, but that could be challenging. There are also boat trips to the Benagil cave.

Depends on what kind of trip you're looking for. If you want beaches, I think you should definitely go to the Algarve. If you're looking for a cultural city trip Lisboa and Porto are perfect.

I love the video! You went to beautiful places im jealous. Im actually going to Portugal next week, and i really wanna go here! However im a solo traveler and i unfortunately i dont drive. Hi Laila, There are organized bustrips that go to many of these places. Of course there is public transport as well, but I'm not sure if you can get to every place in the Algarve. Enjoy your trip and let us know how you liked it :)

Thanks! I use the DJI Osmo stabilizer for all my video's. Delivers very smooth footage, especially when you practice your walk while filming ;)
dji osmo + gopro or just djo osmo with camera ? ;)
Almost everything is shot with the DJI osmo with X3 camera. Only the shots in sea are made with a GoPro (not stabilized).

I have been to the Algarve this year and last year and I was very disapointed. A world wide known destination but it is embarassing. The roads are horrible. Dirty like shit. Albufeira was the worst part of the Algarve. The only nice place was Vilamoura cuz the rich people are there and São Brás de Alportel that is all nice and tidy. Madeira is way much nicer and much more worth it.
The roads are horrible in Algarve because the money generated by the tourism always goes to big cities in the middle or North of the country (like Lisbon or Porto)
Besides Madeira is kinda independent so they can do what they want.
