I think it depends on the Quantity of characters, if that crossover have around 4+ characters, it will be on essence. But if that crossover have less than 4 characters, it'll be on shop just like junji ito and Edward collaboration.
I literally have 5 persona skins and Panther Yes and I traded it for a fking Monokuma. Now those 5 skins are so valuable and I feel regreted trading that shit

In this crossover they didn't make in game prizes instead they offered posters, acrylic stands, charms, etc. depending on your luck in their lottery. Sadly it ended in April ;( it probably wasn't well-known to people outside of Japan because 1. There wasn't any in game crossover 2. I think Ichibankuji only offered their services in Japan until recently ;-;

Interesting idea, but we need to work on who should be who, your character selection needs some work my friend. It’s hard to picture who would be who, magician as naruto not bad, barmaid as tsunade? No. Although Wildling with Akita skin might be cool, or post man with a kiba skin, minds eye with a Hinata skin perhaps? Neto with a shino skin I know different genders but still, in the boruto show himiwari can be the little girl, tenten can be toy maker since she can carry a lot, there’s a lot of thinking to be done with picking characters for a crossover
