The first part was posted to TH-cam some 5 years ago but was hindered from general access until just recently. Why? Part 2 remains inaccessible. Is there an anti African enlightenment algorithm in TH-cam?

it's refreshing to see the prognosis of Africa malaise. It's important to realise the continent is the biggest in the world. Don't believe the maps Europeans depict (Theirs is limit your thinking about the continent as an asset while raping it to the ground), Congo is probably bigger per square kilometer than Europe. Africa central republic is three times bigger than France. Now, I want us to realise that the growing population in the continent should not be regarded as an economic threat. Nigeria has the highest population in Africa, and its economic problems are dearth of leadership and rampart institutionalized corruption. If this two problems can be resolved, Nigeria will overtake most european countries in a blink of an eye. I cite Nigeria because with its population, It may not rely solely on export for consumer goods. Its the same with China, it's population as an internal market, helped to grow the economy. Indonesia 267 million population is helping the country to grow its internal economy. India has highest poverty level with the population of 1.2 billion, but the government is working to enfranchise its people to reach 60% of its population to middle class. Imagine the buying power of 800 million and what it will do to India's economy. Most European economic sages, talk of Africa growing population as a threat. That's arrant rubbish. Once African population reach a level where they realise their leaders are stooges and stumbling block to thier countries development, they will rebel. It's easy to control smaller population, but a bigger unhappy population is a threat to to European puppets.

11:33 Are you familiar with the concept of correlation vs causation, my friend?
This is painfully obvious: the "underdeveloped" countries are required to have a set percentage of women in parliament, so they do. "Developed" countries aren't, so they don't. As such, the more "developed" countries have fewer women in parliament than the less "developed." What's in there to understand? Say hello to New Zealand and Germany, btw. I'm sure they'll be interested to know about female politics leading to luck of economic success...
