      @@homage3 Talking about combos and keybinds would be cool as those play a role in PvP/WvW as well

    Great video! I just started revenant too went herald then rene then vindicator and i love the vindicator but in pvp i dont seem to be Able to fight anyone its like everyone is doing more damage and healing themselves like crazy, and it feels like im just wet noodle in the arena, can you show us some rotations for vindi/herald in pvp, would be a massive help

      Thanks for the comment! Currently working on a video about how to play herald. I just suck at video editing so it's taking me forever haha. Hoping to have it done this week or next 🙏

    ty for the indept look into revenant i was dying alot while leveling and this guide gave me the tips i needed to stop dying soon il be running into pve and then im gonna use all of the tips on the guide but what power gear do you suggest for wvw zerk or maraudor for roaming

      Thanks for watching! I'd probably recommend starting with marauder stats. Going full berserker is pretty risky, especially for a newer player

    Is running a revenant without a elite spec doable?

    • @homage3
      @homage3 3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Definitely doable! There was a guy om here that used to make some crazy core Rev montages a year or two ago. I was thinking of maybe doing some core Rev content at some point for the free to play friends out there

    This felt like an... okay first paragraph towards your (for lack of a better word) thesis. You explained exactly what you're going to go over in the next serveral videos, right? You really only explained a couple traits decently well (invocatoin/devestation) , never talked about the minors and only glossed over the other traits rather than explain them on how they would work well with each other. You really glossed over the elite specs by just giving default settings. So no idea WHY I would choose them and what about a core rev builds? Those core traits you glossed over seemed like they would make great builds but all I have is your thoughts on one trait being great for sustain or another great for condi but why?
    Never explained the weapons and what would synergize well with what traits. Why hammer over GS or staff, etc.
    Like I said, a decent intro. guide to how to build our own rev class in pvp and wvw. I'd like to see more on why certain traits would might work better in pvp over wvw and vice versa. I think you said power builds are going to be next?

      Thanks for the feedback! First time making a guide type video, and actually first time editing a video at all so be gentle lol. I was planning on making some follow up videos where I talk more about each elite spec. Just wanted to go over some trait choices and provide a good spot to start with to make your own build. More to come!
