I'm very pleased the bipa has been revived. Been searching for bipa videos on YT and a number seem unmistakably to be based exactly on the modern Chinese pipa, even with the fake nails and use of the 'lun' technique! This one in the video seems to be based on what I envisage to the traditional version and I must say, I prefer it to the modern style ones.

I agree with you and complained about revive Korean bipa by reason like you And I wish revive Korean 금(Geum)
Korean musicians have revived the bipa?
That two of instruments were played since the ancient time until the modern time of Korea. Its history is too long to stop playing these instruments.

Yes, it was revived recently since the first attempts in 1988.
