in winter soldier, he explains how affter ww2 the gov began project paperclip and hid him with the other nazi scientists, while he played double: using america's morality and freedom as fuel for his vision of Hydra's greatest achievment, world dominination. It disgusts me to think that every time we were singing the national anthem, he was singing along with us, laughing the lyrics. Even tho its just a movie, this character is so evil that it makes him more realistic than most of the greatest of Marvel with no superpowers, just a brain being kept on by tech. His motives and actions are so realistic, its truly scary.
I never watched that show, but I just saw a clip here on TH-cam and that's actually MODOK, a different character. Unless both of them appeared in different scenes

I like him. I like his shtick of being a highly advanced scientist who was able to transfer his conscience into a robot body so he could live forever.

He was great in Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes cartoon. Sucked in the MCU adaptations. I find the actor annoying
I did not think he was annoying. He was actually creepy. Zola was barely used in EMH but used very well in Ultimate Spidey
