Yeah, Guitar Hero liked to take incentives on how the song ended a lot of the times, unlike Rockband, which just ends most songs on the most likely note for the song.
That outro was added only in GH, it never was there in the original track I think They might have actually add this in a later version of the song, but I doubt that
