    I actually lost my mother a year before she died. I have a bunch of siblings. And they all got weird over their inheritance. When I told my mother they weren't speaking to me, she said she didn't believe it. All those little quirks you see in family members come to the surface when property is involved.
    So when this happened, it was actually o k because it brought me closer to my wife. But then my wife died suddenly on our daughter's birthday. When I woke up that morning she was gone. It's been three months and it's no easier today.

    As a keto type 2 who’s reversing, I’ve been supplementing for almost 2 years. My level runs between 75 and 90. I can attest to the fact that mental outlook on the future is very positive, I’ve noticed this right away.

    Hang in there, consistently keto doesn't mean 100% of the time keto.
    You were keto and will be keto again, not just at the minute is fine.

    Love you Dr. Boz- yes it is all a journey- I have been off the wagon too- my dad passed at 73 yrs old on march 19th- I am back ON it today! and giving you a listen. I have followed you and your family journey since Oct of 2019. And my family's life has forever changed- thank you! Our 3 daughters follow Keto while at college- and I couldn't be more proud. Big Love from MN! Hugs as you continue to grieve. YOU INSPIRE US! Yes I see Christ shine through you! Thanks~!

    Wow! I got my vitamin D checked in February and it was 25. The lab said it was well within the "normal" range. How many people out there are thinking their D level is fine when in fact it's much too low? I have the Dminder app and it estimates I've now gotten my level up to 37. Now I know that my goal is well over 50.

    I know how you feel. I lost my mother last year and I am still grieving. I lost my dad three years ago. And I will be honest I still grieve daily over him. My dad was my rock and my best friend. I am afraid I am going to be one of these people that just doesn’t really get over it. If anyone mentions mom or dad I can laugh and remember how much fun we had and what wonderful parents I had. They were the best! But it ends in me crying every time. So don’t beat yourself up on taking time to grieve. It just tells me you had a deep love for them like I did mine. We just have to hang in there and maybe one day it will be easier. God said he would never put more on us than we could bear and I believe him. But this really was heavy as you well know. Let’s pray for each other 🙏🏻

    We need a pandemic that will change many other doc. in same way.
    I m following you since 2 years and watching your live every Monday morning when I wakeup (I'm on other side of globe), bought your book in English end Chinese (for my wife) and I got so much helth from your advise. As Italians it is so difficult to get out of pasta and pizza and good wine but we succeeded and see the difference between us and others.
    Thanks a lot my dear doctor Boz.

    Hoping the universe brings you to the Tampa area. I listened to a podcast where you were the guest in October 2018. That podcast and your TH-cam channel have changed my life. Long story, and if you end up in the central Florida area maybe I'll tell you in person! An hour east of Tampa is he interesting place called The Villages. There already is a large keto support group there. In the meantime I have been Sunday regular and extreme fan. You tell it like it is in your own way, and I have recommended your podcasts to many people. The raspberry ketones in a can are my favorite. Sending wonderful Vibes to whatever the school is in Tampa.

    • @DoctorBoz
      @DoctorBoz  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes! The consumption of ketones helps to jumpstart keto chemistry ... even when insulin is high - that’s what I do with my patients. Also - you should take the course or read the book. If you’re not making ketones, you’re not keto. Chemistry matters.
