Greece finished at the 3rd place of the 2008 Grand Final of Eurovision Song Contest it was in Belgrade, Serbia with Kalomira and her song My secret combination.
It's a wonderful piece, the young Victor through it, as he has stated, he wants to show the loneliness that sometimes we all feel. I think that this piece deserves to go to the final. And why not enter the top ten. After all, Eurovision has always supported songs where were messages going or am I wrong? With a good stage presence I believe that it will move each of you, I am moved every time I hear it. Because in life we are not always happy and sometimes we are sad.❤
After the first listening I was kinda disappointed, as a greek and after all this drama I really hoped for something surprising, but it's not as immediate as it should be for Eurovision and my first thought was that it's just not enough. Eurovision aside tho and especially after reading the lyrics I fell in love with this one. His voice is amazing and the lyrics really speak to my heart, they're so relatable that end up being kinda devastating, lol, in the best way possible. I'm getting emotional every single time and I've had it on repeat. Maybe it's not enough for Eurovision, but it's more than enough for me. With a well thought staging it could do something, but I don't have high hopes. Probably it's gonna have the same faith snap had last year.

Uhm, I don't know, if this is able to advance without juries put in place, but their direct competition with Cyprus (which is more memorable, imho) might hurt their chances as well. But yes, never underestimate a guy with a guitar, I guess. And maybe, they'll also have an interesting staging and the song progresses and feels more dynamic whwn performed live on stage, who knows. As of now, it's not a definite NQ for me, but it wouldn't shock me, if this couldn't advance.
