@@blademaster2390 He's actually pretty darn unironically good at defense with his unique unit abilities like the heavy grunt emp and the glassing beam, please don't shoot me, and never EVER underestimate a full 120 stack of methane wagons, cannon fodder, and heavy grunts. The heavy grunts emp the air and shoot em down while the cannon fodder unironically rips vehicles apart granted you get the tech 2 upgrade for them let alone the tech 3.
How every leader defends against attacks:
Cutter: I invest in faster turrets and infantry to establish a quick foothold.
Serena: I freeze the attackers in place to buy myself time to counter.
Colony: I use deployable walls and skitterers for cheap scouting, Then I hide them behind other units for supplemental firepower. Worms can heal themselves between waves. Throw in some engineers for an unbreakable wall. Oh, I also use glassing beam more frequently.
Other ai I forget name: i use a hologram to launch a fake attack and distract them while my armor builds up, then when they strike I hack their strongest units and reinforce my own units armor. Finally, I recycle the vehicles destroyed with my superior industrial complex and launch a counter.
Voridus: I use toxic goo and explosive weapons for scorched earth tactics. They can take it, but it will cost them every thing. I can always rebuild cheap.
Pavium: mobile garrisons, artillery, cheap turrets, extra armor, and strong economy.
Forge: I have the best economy, tanks, and carpet bombs for infantry. Just be wary of air. Air scares me.
Arbiter: I use stasis to surgically remove the highest priority targets, then defeat in detail.
Anders: I use shields on my turrets and the guardian sentinels from the ark to provide supplemental firepower and stun larger threats.
Jerome: I inspire my troops with my sheer badassery and deploy mobile garrisons.
Ship master: nothing to see here....

Have you ever tried Quad-Shielding your bases, cause it is awesome to watch the enemy try to get your shields down and then the reinforcements come in and wreck them.
Quad shields are okay, but you lose the ability to have a Sensor/Cloaking Tower(which can make a huge difference)

@@ronaldcarlson198 Cloaking doesn't really seem to do much in my experience. As (I think it was Ed) said in the past, you only ever build it on the off chance your enemy is dumb enough to not have detect. I'd rather go 3 shields and sensor tower or 2 shields 2 turrets.

3:29:05 The audio system encounters so many bugs it forms a singularity and annihilates itself, leaving the world in silence.

I'd spam pure air to force you to build mostly anti air then I'd just send 6 scarabs your way with my team mate
Twould be a poor choice. the colony should have built 2 scarabs, his hunter captain, vehicle symbiotes onto 8 skitters, atach said skitters to hunter cap and scarabs then the rest on engineers. beyond that his whole job is to eat as much incoming damage as possible while the voridus does what he needs to to wipe out TR's army. once a scarab does drop just drop a dev host and keep going.
