My father was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer 2 days before this song released, got to a point I couldn't listen to it. Unfortunately he passed away a few months later. This is what you not paying attention to with XG. They're not a rap group, they're not a pop group, they aren't even an R&B, Soul, Hip Hop & House Music group. They are a dance crew that can do all of it that competes with Idols. They are artists that will do anything and everything that they feel like doing and do it well. 7 women who has 7 different skills all of them having their unique interests coming together supporting each other. They don't even call each other friends or members; they call each other sisters from day one. This recording was made a year after they dropped their Tapes and Voxes, but you need to see their Moves also to understand they aren't playing around. Forget just America, everybody in the world is going to know who they are given another 2 years. I'm so excited to see them flourish in the next 6 years from now. Just from their progress inside of the past 2 years, they are a problem.
One of the things about XG in America is that they really don't promote much in the States however Simon (XG Mastermind) uses reaction channels such as yourself to promote. He and the girls watch a lot of these reactions and have even walked up to reactors to thank them at the shows. Like Maya said in Two Tens "I'm too blessed, check the TH-cam reactions Who got the juice? "

Side note: I don't think they've fully unleashed Maya's vocal abilities yet. They've teased it a few times but I feel she could definitely be apart of the vocal line. She's one of the best rappers though so I think the focus more on rap for her and then there is Chisa and Juria so they don't need to use her vocals as much but damn her vocals be nice. Still relatively new and I think they are growing organically so a lot of people are still slowly discovering them but you right soon enough they will be a house hold name around the world. Glad to see another new Alpha I just recently came one of their fans when Woke up debuted and have become obssessed with them ever since. I just binged their documentary Xtra Xtra and the proceess they went to becoming the group. Its insane what they went through starting with 21 candidates pretty much in their early teens but it gave me a better understanding on why they are so good and why they have such a great synergy because they went through this crucible together. I highly recommend watching it there are a few times I wanted to cry and hug them because of the pressure these girls went through and the hard work. There was so much that they had to overcome when they where younger to get where they are now so it makes me even a biggeer fan of theirs. Anyways I hopefully didnt spoil anything and suggest that you check it out.
Part of the reason is that it came out so late last year to fully take advantage of the Christmas season. The song was released barely 2 weeks before Christmas, so by the time it got traction, the holiday season was over. Hopefully, this year, it gets more play time when holiday music starts. There is no logical reason why stations in the US doesn't put it in their Christmas music rotation, especially urban stations.
