this game is called Rhythm Doctor! you can find it on steam and itch.io
in short it's a rhythm game where you anticipate when to press based on sound cues, similar to rhythm heaven but with a more confined ruleset
that is a very general description of the game but I wholeheartedly recommend it
if you don't wanna buy the game yet, you can get just the editor for free on itch.io so you can make and play custom levels!
it comes with less features (no fullscreen for gameplay, no window dance, usually outdated compared to steam release) but it works just fine
I used to use that for 6 months before buying the game and I still had fun
