The BBC would never make this now - no budget for the production numbers and guest stars. Thinking of the utter shite they broadcast now, it‘s a shame. Endless talent shows that are nothing compared to New Faces etc etc (where people had actually been working already for years) - means shows like this would never get a hope now.
