- Cold start of my 2021 Ford Mustang GT Premium tuned by Naber Racing check them out on Instagram, @ Naber_Racing
For those wondering why it took so long for my car to turn on, it’s because of the cold weather outside. My Tuner has already tweaked the cold start sequence for it to properly turn on in the cold. E85 isn’t the best gas to run in the cold but still gives more power especially when the engine is warmed up.

lmfao the struggle with corn, after 15 attempts finally good MORNING NEIGHBORS!
Shouldn't struggle if it had a good tune
@@aexiy
?
Aexiy must not either use e85 or don’t live somewhere where it really gets cold alchahol and cold not good friends
Lol precisely why when my warranty is up & it's time to truly unleash mine, I'll stick to regular fuel

Me trying to get up in the morning
One of the most satisfying videos on TH-cam ever
At my first thanksgiving on E85, took my car 6-8 attempts to start. Awkward to explain that was normal lol. I stick to 93 for the winter now.
Can e85 swapped cars run on regular gas? Are they liked flex fuel cars
@@chris-8597 it depends on your tune. Some allow it, however some require you to return to stock tune
@@chris-8597 depends on your setup. Flex fuel kit allows you to have a tune for both along with an ethanol sensor so you can run both with flex fuel.
I wouldn’t run e85 at all
@@tracktorred7570what is you’re reason for not?
dam that starter is screaming haha sounds bad ass!
Man I love FL. No e85 hiccups year round.
Damm that's ridiculous. I'll keep 93 until summer
I can CLEARLY tell you're not a "car guy" because we'll actually put up with this shit to make big power....keep driving your SUV man lmfao
I can smell the gas through my screen. 🤤
You don't know how much you saved my peace of mind... I have 5.0 E500 and when it was cold she started smoking like your Mustang. I thought my head gasket said goodbye. It's my first car with custom exhaust and first with V8 so I was worried something's off. But other than the condensation smoke there are no issues.
😁😁
If you tap the throttle a little on cold start it should help speed things up
Modern computer controlled cars don't dump any extra fuel when you push the throttle during start up
Thanks for the video now I know not to run e85 during the winter
Get an engine block heater
Damn FART 💨
“yOu NeEd a TuNe” 😂
I love when I see you need a better tune comment. 🤣🤣 some absolute stupid ass mf’ers in the world. Ethanol being left out in the cold is going to be harder than regular gasoline to start everytime. But its only a “tune issue.”
Waited 45 seconds just to hear that
12th times the charm!
SHHHEEEESSSHHHH, that had more trouble than a Chevy diesel
1:05 its still runs needs love thats all
I would much rather do 91 instead. Runs way smoother and obviously much more available.
It said “Nooooooo I DONT WANNA”
I'm hearing the hellfire sound
Mines does this as well. Is this amount of smoke normal on cold winter days?? Because I was about to have a heart attack.
yes it is im e85 c6z
Hell yeah. But my boosted yote loves corn.
Sheesh only took me about 2 or at the most 3 times to crank today I guess mustangs are a little different
it’s the corn fuel 😩
@@APFSDS-DU I’m on E too in the same state😭
@@APFSDS-DU Nope it's the tuner
@@aexiy ur not wrong, but e85 don’t like the cold. good tuner or not gonna have some trouble starting ur car
My 2013 Veloster struggles (took 2 tries) to cold start on E85 on stock oem tune in -27°C (-16.6°F to you Americans. My neighbor from the south). I want to try E85 on my 2022 GTI on E85 when it temps reach that low (around January or December if lucky since I live in Calgary and ever since I was a kid Calgary's winter is unpredictable (1 day is warm then the next its extremely cold due to chinook effect).
Thatz me gwtting out of bed lol
daaaaaaawg haha im FBO E85 too, it's like 15^ outside and my whip won't start lmao im 15 seconds into ur video, hoping ur car starts so i can keep trying
Im on the floor 😂😂
Lol. My 2000 tacoma with regular 86 or 87 starts first try in -25 F
Would this be bad for the starter ?
FBO cars that are on E85 and tuned take longer to start and other cars that are in e85 and not tuned they don’t take long to start
Or
Some are just different cars can crank for the longest or not
Rip starter lol😂
is it disel?
1000th view let’s goooooooo
Yo finally one as bad as mine😂
Sounds like a tiger waking up in the morning 🤣
Why does it struggle to start out of curiosity
E85 gasoline
Rvp of the gasoline content
+10 degrees isn't supercold. At -40 degrees, gas wont vaporise

Why put that crap in your car?
switch to 93 in the winter? lmao E85 is garbage in the winter it dont test to good lol
Makes no sense
Sounds like my 350z
