This is the second N/R "Stun" deck I have see so far. The previous one had "Robbin' Goblin" and "Mind Drain" opposite to your "Mirror Wall" and "Des Counterblow". That also had 1 more "Ring of Destruction" and 2 copies of "Dogmatika Punishment" that was replaced by "Compulsory Evacuation Device" in yours. It also had a couple of "Fossil Dragon Skullgar" instead (as "Dogmatika Punishment" fodder).
this is a nice meme deck you can make it even more spicy by adding some the no special summon monsters then it will no GR no special meaning they give up almost instantly
