Georgia. Road from Tbilisi to Gudauri in December.

A trip from the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi, towards the Russian border. On the way, I pass through the rocky mountains of the Caucasus Range, from south to north. Also on the way I pass one of the largest ski resorts in Georgia - Gudauri.

Thanks for this video. I liked it. I will be grateful if you could share your experience of driving in monintains. I am also coming to Georgia and planning to drive. How safe is it driving on the mountains?
Do we need 4x4 ?
On the snow roads was it slippery?
I drive on normal roads but I have no experience in driving on mountain roads.
What would you suggest l?
For rental car do you have any reference?

Right now, the snow thickness is about 5-10 cm at the very top. The season is postponed((
