I've been using melted wax to attach the paper to my blocks. It's actually the wax from baby bell cheese, kind of tacky to start with. I rub it on, then heat it to stick down the paper. Been working really well for a while.
Great idea, thanx. I know there are videos of how to sharpen, but miss a visual image of what the shape of the chisels cutting edge must look like when sharpened. Especially at what angle to sharpen, the shape of the burr (how thin or thick) and also how to hone it on leather properly.
what do u do when paper is used attach a new one on top or make a new one from scratch ? i do love the paper cos of price accessibility ALL grits, etc, but i do appreciate a good stone for the most used operations usually 1k 2k

Instead of glue try double sided carpet tape, it works great and you can peel it off!

Great videos! I am a beginner but would like to buy a tool that lasts me a lifetime. should I go with Mora or Morakniv? I can find both online.
