How in the world you forgot about WCH's infamous "CH340G" USB to TTL chips? It's better than all of the three you mentioned and costs 1/5th the price.

Can you please tell what is the difrwnce between usb and uart?why we are using converters?

UART is a communication protocol (A way of sending bits) while USB is a way of connection. We are using converters because because microcontroller ICs don't come with USBs that you can program them directly with, but almost every IC does come with UART PINS (namely Rx and Tx). so if you want to flash your code onto the microcontroller's ROM, you send signals from your computer via the USB, they then get converted from USB signals to UART signals before finally reaching the target microcontroller. This process completes the flashing process of the microcontroller that will know run your code.
