MY NOTES FROM WATCHING THE VID IF U DONT HAVE TIME: 1) PERFUME: put lotion on after shower, spray perfume, put lotion on top to set it in, repeat 1-2 more times 2) ADVICE: don’t let anyone take advantage from u period. being smart is cool, don’t fake-dumb be confident but humble comparison is the thief of joy! 3) DEALING WITH STRESS: trust on god and lean on ur own understanding (i’m not religious so i only pay attention to the second part) 4) ADVICE: 48 hour rule, if ur in argument, deal w it within 48 hrs or it will sit with u adulthood happens quickly, the transition from teenager to adult is very quick life will lead u, plans change! intentionally practice selfishness, the more u respect urself the more everyone else will. 5) SCHOOL ADVICE: don’t crowd follow, if the guy u like tells u they don’t like u js walk away, don’t listen to bad things said by the popular ppl abt other ppl unless yk for a fact, ALWAYS BE NICE! 6) FRIENDSHIP ADVICE: DO NOT prioritise relationships over friendships (do u really think ur gonna spend the rest of ur days with that guy/girl?) 7) FRIENDSHIP: if u think that if u fall into a ditch and can’t talk, can’t move, would they help u? if ur mum doesn’t like them, stop being friends immediately! Btw 3:20 another verse is in the bible that I like to remind myself when I'm stressed is John 14:1 when Jesus was comforting his disciples "do not let your hearts be troubled you believe in God believe also in me"
