I am truly impressed by these knives. I was happy they sent these to me for my honest review and opinion. As you will see in the video, these are beautiful knives with good weight and balance.
I am also interested in testing out the Cryo-Hardened Blades: Toughened with a liquid nitrogen treatment to enhance rust resistance and sharp-edge retention.
