In a way, you can’t blame TNA for doing this, yeah it was a desperate move to bring Hogan in, they had just moved to Monday nights and WWE had announced Bret was coming back so they needed to match it, and in their minds they made the only choice.
Kahn is a bigger wrestling fan than 99% of wwe fans etc, so it's no suprise so many didn't recognise it. This is why AEW is going to work, actual fans running it.

Christian had way more of an interesting style and was far more entertaining than Edge was. Boggles my mind why Vince preferred Edge over Christian.

Man I would love to see Christian Cage have one more run in Impact, I think I’m the heavyweight division he could give some good matches , even be GM after a while I think could work. I wouldn’t make him Champion unless he was going Tag champ with a younger guy to help bring him up. Probably won’t happen but crazier things have happened In wrestling
TNA may have a lot of issues but one thing they truly did right was treat Christian like the star that he is and truly was
