Just go for a ride, enjoy the scenery, enjoy your friends, stop for lunch... whatever. Go and practice your skills in a car park, book a track day... whatever. It's all fun. But being king squid? That's an IQ test that is measured on a short sliding scale. There are just three scores for that test: 3 points): Quit while you're ahead. 2 points): Injury. 1 point): pine box. If you don't score 3 points on that test, well done, you're out of the gene pool and future generations don't have to mop up a mess of hubris and delusion. Ride to live, live to ride. It's an old saying, for a reason.

As I ride, I have realized that I like putting around most of the time, I don't even enjoy night riding because everything is dark that I want to look at

Man, my favorite time to ride is at night around town, not out in the boonies though.

I used to ride like a racer on street. Low sided at high speed, slid off the road and shattered my tibia at the knee. while i was recovering, a good friend died riding.... i still ride, but im slower than i was before.

Lmao putting this video is fake/cgi doesn't absolve you. When you end up hurting yourself or someone else maybe than you'll grow up.
