To those reading, this is a game I recommend. It's not Mario Kart: Double Dash, but it's a very strong alternative in its own right. Great track design, competent difficulty curve, decent albeit tricky handling, and a great roster of characters. One of my new favourite kart racing games, and my favourite on the PS2.
How do you unlock the extra characters? I know you have to win both cartoon eliminators for each show but the second course doesn't recognize me winning, do you have to win on all the first cartoon eliminator races before moving onto the second ones?

You have to win the tournament mode first to unlock the tracks

your disk is the main problem,its has scratches on it thats why the game is slow,and as for graphics...its the same on every Ps2.
