The basic problem with our education system is that teachers try to conceal their ignorance with anger ,misbehaviour and lack of patience . This kills a student's interest and ability to ask questions and thus we end up with generations after generations of innovation-less labourers....Students will start learning only when teachers have the patience to listen and encourage students to speak by being intent listeners. Teachers should always remember that they are ones whom and whose ideologies students actually mimic and reiterate all through their lives...

What I have experienced, most of the directors and principals of education institutions have no idea about human management. Most teachers who have failed to motivate students go for administration. There again they fail. Does India really lack eligible people?
Well duh , how many times have our teachers scolded us just for asking how a certain concept works , for stupid things like coughed suddenly or sneezing , basically these teachers are so insecure within themselves that they have the need to constantly validate themselves by screaming at students to get respect rather than deserve it and when someone bursts their bubble of ego they get angry
That's because the system is designed for marks. People are eligible won't reach there.
