Hello sir, I downloaded the Mendeley app to my laptop and then when i followed your instruction and then when i got to the section where i need to add the Mendeley. I don't have the Mendeley word file. Sir what do i need to do to fix this? Thanks

I recommend you watch the video again, but if you still do not find answer to your question, you may have to reinstall your Msword.
