    Would not stay lit, Tightened thermocouple like video showed and it fixed the issue.

    Mine lit and after 1 minute it went out ,,,watched video and cleared the stone/glass rocks away from the burner square and kept it clear ..works like a charm ,,easy video,saved me from lots of aggravation

    This totally helped! I tightened the thermal couple and cleared the wind shield area, BOOM it worked.

    Thank you it was spot on. Just bought and put together a Hampton bay gas pit and I did everything according to manual ( first time buying a pit ) and it still didn’t work, On manual it says tools required screwdriver and a wrench but no where on it talks about the wrench, googled the issue and you popped up and bam the copper part I turned it and it’s working Thank you got the Video.     Yeah, designing a burner that won't work with crushed glass isn't the best... I just got mine hooked up this month and it doesn't work for more than 10 minutes before dying (timed it). I put the glass beads in around the wind deflector and that didn't help.
