    Knives scare us, but we've found that if we focus cutting lots of veggies for a stew or something is a good repetitive meditation kind of thing

      There are tools available for cutting those veggies and stuff without knives if it ever gets too much, but you want to still be active in cooking like that.

    Your sweater is super cute! And its very nice to see how casually lexy can help with dissociation/switches just by being nearby, she makes it look like its almost easy for you 😇
    Haha we also seperate our foods, our partner always comments when we have an icecream with chocolate coating because we spend so long peeling off and nibbling only the chocolate first that the icecream begins to melt by the time we get to that part😆

    I love granola. I always make it myself. Just easy mixed nuts and oatmeal some honey and cinnamon.

    “mini recipe
    Crunchy Christmas Granola
    Preheat the oven to 175 °C
    top/bottom heat.
    Heat 100 g maple syrup. 200 g
    rolled oats, 100 g
    Mix together the chopped pecans and walnuts, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon
    gingerbread spice and a pinch of salt. Mix in the maple syrup and 5 tablespoons of rapeseed oil.
    Spread out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and Bake for 20 minutes (turning halfway through). Allow to cool and mix in ½ bar of chopped dark chocolate and 5 tablespoons of dried cranberries.
    Enjoy at Christmas breakfast or give as a gift!”

      Btw I’m not sure if I missed something after the 100g but if so I assume it’s the walnuts and pecans chopped
