Hi po. I would suggest dont declare it to avoid the hassle. Kasi usually mga Canadian Provinces they require yung recent experiences. Like for example, sa SK they require within 5 years. Sa Ontario, they require 3 years. So wala din, masasayang lang ang prinocess mo. You can add it on your resume, but sa processing ng license like CRNS or NNAS, wag mo na iinclude para maka save ka. Working hours ang alam ko, so it means the hours you've worked po. Keep in mind, whatever number you place in the form, i verify parin niyan ng supervisor or manager of your declared employment. So dapat tugma ang sagot mo sa form and yung alam ni Supervisor

Pwede po kahit saang US state ilipat to Canada. Nag differ lang sila kung pano. Sa NYSED, naka label na Verification of Registration - to request a license verification to be sent to another country / state. Hanapin niyo nalang na ganyan sa website po.

Yes po. E-signature lang din ako, then download and then sa Pinas na prinint at sinubmit. Wala naman akong naging problema :)

Si Manager ko lang nag fill out po. Then ang COE is tatak ng HR. Ok naman ang e-sign wala naman ako naging problema

Si PRC and School ang nag send po. Bawal po from us ang documents. Dapat galing sa kanila mismo or else di nila i accept po.

Wala naman po. Personal mo yun walang may ibang access ng NNAS mo po :)
